Is the Bible scientifically accurate?

There are many who would claim that the Bible is behind the times, but in fact it was way ahead of its time when it was written (probably because it came from the Creator of all things).  The Bible speaks of the earth free floating in space (Job 26:7) and that the earth is round (Isaiah 40:22).  The Bible also speaks of all creation being made of invisible things (Hebrews 11:3; atoms).  The Bible even speaks of oceanography, the study of ocean currents (Psalm 8:8).  There are many, many more examples we can pull from the Bible, but this should show you that the Bible is always accurate no matter what it is talking about.
