How does God preserve His Word?

God has promised many times that His Words will never fail and that He will keep them forever (Matthew 5:18; Psalm 12:6-7).  But how has God been able to ensure that His Word would remain the same throughout time, especially when using fallible man to do so?  Well, for starters if God couldn’t preserve His Word then He wouldn’t be God.  In Psalm 12:6 we see that God has tried His Word and has purified it 7 times.  Even though some people will try to corrupt the Word of God, God has used people who reverence His Word to ensure that we are not without His pure words.  These people shall reap special blessings from God because they have kept His Word (Revelation 3:8-10).
