What is Hell like?

The Bible has many things to say about Hell.  First off, Hell is a place of punishment and torment, where souls burn from the fire (Psalm 18:5; Deuteronomy 32:22).  Hell also enlarges itself and is never full (Habakkuk 2:5; Proverbs 27:20; Isaiah 5:14).  There are depths in Hell, which indicate levels (Proverbs 9:18; Deuteronomy 32:22).  However, as bad as Hell is all of it will be thrown into the lake of fire in the end of time (Revelation 20:13-14).  This is the place Jesus speaks of as being prepared for the devil and his angels, where the worm dies not, the fire is not quenched, and where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth (Matthew 25:41; Mark 9:44; Matthew 25:30).
