Do all religions lead to God and Heaven?

There are many people today that think that all roads lead to Heaven and that all religions are the same.  However, they are completely wrong.  Christianity is very exclusive in the fact that only through Jesus Christ can one be saved and gain everlasting life (John 14:6; John 3:16).  All other religions seek after works to make themselves worthy of entering Heaven (Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, etc.).  But by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified and our own righteousness through works is as filthy rags before God (Galatians 2:16; Isaiah 64:6; Romans 10:1-4).  The world is right in one way, all religions will lead somewhere and that is Hell (Matthew 7:13).  Christianity is not a religion, it is a relationship with God through Jesus Christ (Galatians 4:4-6).
