What did Noah’s ark look like?

According to Genesis 6:14-16 the ark was to be 300 cubits by 50 by 30.  This would translate into about 437 feet by 73 by 44 (roughly).  This is the ratio used by ship builders today and by these dimensions it would float nicely.  There were also three decks to the ark, one big door, and a window on the third deck.  Its appearance would have looked like an elongated box, not the fantasy cartoon pictures that have animals overflowing from a small boat.  It had 1.396 million cubic feet, which was plenty big to store the animals, food, and Noah’s family for the time they were on the ark.  Answers in Genesis has just opened a new museum called Ark Encounter (which spurred this question) and they actually built a life size ark and is a good rendition of what it possibly looked like!
