Should we actively seek out arguments with people trying to win them to Christ?

The Bible tells us that we are to go out and preach the gospel to the world, and sometimes this causes confrontations with those who believe different than we do.  However, we do not need to just go up to someone who believes totally different than we do and yell in their face that they are wrong and we are right and that they are going to Hell.  Sadly too many Christians do this.  If we want to witness to someone of another faith, or no faith, then we need to learn their side of things so we can find a foundation that we can start out with.  We also need to be sure that we are ready to answer any question that they may have (1 Peter 3:15), and be honest if we are not sure about something.  But always remember not to be aggressive, but to show love (1 Corinthians 13:4-7).
